24 Hour Cancellation Policy:
Proper notification must be given to avoid a late cancellation or no show fee. If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours (Doorways operating hours) advance notice, you will be charged the billed amount for an appointment. For Monday appointments, you are required to contact Doorways the previous Friday (*) by noon in order to avoid any late cancellation or no show fees.
*If Friday falls on a normal scheduled Doorways holiday, Doorways must be contacted the preceding day during normal business hours.
